POLYPROPYLENE SHEET AND RODS
Leading Manufacturers polypropylene Sheets in Mumbai India. Our organization was started in Mumbai, India and now it has become one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of polypropylene Sheets We can supply in all size & shapes of polypropylene Sheets across india.
Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-rigid, translucent polymer with good toughness and weather resistance properties. It has low water absorption and is easily moulded as low cost. Polypropylene is a largely non-polar, partially crystalline thermoplastic with a crystallinity of 60 to 70%. PP has a density of 0.90 to 0.91 g/cm3 which is amongst the lowest densities for all plastics. PP has a non-swelling and insoluble surface; and is characterized by its outstanding chemical resistance, high high thermal resistance and good fatigue strength.

We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high quality PP Sheets. We manufacture this PP Sheets in More than 20 designs & in various thickness from 0.10 mm to 1.5 mm. The raw material utilized for the process is of supreme quality sourced from the most renowned vendors of the industry. The sheets are available to our clients in different specifications according to their needs and demands.
Polypropylene Sheets
have a polar structure that possesses a very high molecular mass. This makes Polypropylene PP Sheet highly resistant to chemicals and to aqueous solutions of salts, acids, and alkalis.
Polypropylene homopolymers have a high level of stiffness and toughness at room temperature. This together with the Polypropylene sheet capacity to repel water makes them a good choice for mechanical and structural applications.
Polypropylene rods
Polypropylene rods have lower water absorption and are resistant to many acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Rods made of Polypropylene also have good thermal and electrical insulation properties but become brittle at low temperatures. Polypropylene rods we offer are FDA approved and are easy to machine, form, and weld, but difficult to bond.
